My friend is a friend of a band of scar between the thumb and index finger and my boyfriend and then turned around and took a cigarette and burned his right hand, here and now girlfriend of his friends did the same and I just want what that means

It could be a sign of gangs. Some band members wear tattoos, scars using the use of certain colors, etc., but we all find ways to attract members to have.
If your friend is not in a gang, then you've probably thought that the scar looked cool in his friend.
Another note: the friend of his scar could have an accident, it can mean anything. His girlfriend and his buddy a copy of it could mean that I think it means something, or they believe that beauty is, or just idiots.
