What is your problem? You can not to the gym or need assistance in the city? Everything you need to do if you can not do is talk to the guy at the door and then save the game before one, turn it off, then speak to him again and then it will happen.
Works for me all the time.

Follow these steps:
1 - sabotage plans of Team Rocket in Goldenrod City.
2 - The mahogany and the city east of the ice cave.
3 - Go to the cave, remember that there are "puzzle" needed to be resolved.
4 - When leaving the other side may be in Blackthorn City.
5 - Since you've already finished the race with Team Rocket in Goldenrod, will be exempt from the Battle of the Gym Leader - You need HM04: Strength to get to their regret.

Goldenrod after the incident, enter the route 44 for the return trip to the City of mahogany and then to get back East to Route 44. Be sure to save a trainer in the area known as Phi, to be informed if certain Remoraid displayed in the area. acrross then browse the small pond. (Theres Tangela and Lickitung) on the surface of the grass runway. You will find a cave, the ice road. Feel through icepath, and remember HM07 in the ice road. after Icepath is blackthorn. gudluck
